Today was a good day. We had free in the morning so we all went togethere in the coop for breakfast. At 13h we had training. We first did a bit of play in gymnastic, Football and Basketball. Than we did Landrill and after this we went in the water. We did some figures and some technic in combo figures. Than we did combo with music and than we had a surprise from Vale and Silvia, we finished the training before the time we should finish. Than we had dinner and team meeting like everyday. The team spirit is very good.

Today we did gymnastics in the morning and a circuit with different exercices. Than we went to the water and we did the banged out parts of team. After working on the technique we did team conditioning with clothes on. It was very hard. After lunch we went to the pool again. In the afternoon, Galina came and Elisa, Laura and I did duet and solo. The other girls worked figures with Vale and Silvia. At the end of the practice we did a bit of combo all together. Today we also finished earlier. Than we had dinner and team meeting as usual.

The training today was as usual. We did gymnastic in the morning first. We did hockey and badminton and than circuits. After this we went in the water to do some figures or duet and solo. At the end of practice we did team conditioning with weights. After lunch we went to the pool again and did again some figures and combo. Than we had team meeting before dinner because after dinner some girls had massages. Some girls went to the massage yesterday and some today.

Today we had the last all day. In the morning we did gymnastic with circuits like the other days. Than we went in the pool and we did figures, duet and solo. The water was so cold that Vale and Sylvia let us a moment in the shower. After lunch we went in the water again just for 1 hour because at 18h we had a show so we had to be ready for it. A lot of people were in the show, it was nice. Than after show we eat there and the we went back home.

Today was our last day in Tenero. We had training at 8 already in the water and we did combo and team. At 10 we can go home. We are all happy to be a few hours at home. Tomorrow is the big travel. We are so excited to go to Montreal. It will be very cool.
